This app calculates BayesDel scores for SNVs and InDels (PMID: 27995669).
Input: bgzip-compressed VCF with at least eight columns. Metadata should contain GRCh37 or GRCh38. Up to 100 variants allowed.
Output: xxx.ann.del.gz and other files. The app will email you when the job is done.
